These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website materiamorfosi.it (the “Site”).

By browsing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site presents the artistic and design project “Materiamorfosi” by Margherita Marchioni, including:

  • jewellery design,
  • art and design installations,
  • documentation of commissioned works and exhibitions,
  • photographs and editorial mentions (including, where applicable, publications in art and design magazines such as AD),
  • biographical and project-related information.

The Site is a showcase / portfolio and does not provide direct e-commerce. Any commissions, collaborations, sales or exhibitions are handled individually, typically through direct contact by email or other channels.

2. Intellectual property

2.1. Artworks and content

Unless otherwise indicated:

  • All artworks, jewellery designs, installations, texts and visual concepts presented on the Site are the intellectual property of Margherita Marchioni and form part of the Materiamorfosi project.
  • All rights are reserved. No content may be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, communicated to the public, modified or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the rights holder.

Even when physical works are sold or commissioned, copyright and moral rights in the artworks typically remain with the artist, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2. Photographs and images

  • The photographs on the Site are used with permission and photo credits are indicated where applicable. In particular, many images are by professional photographers, including Silvia Apice and Alessandro Dandini de Sylva.
  • Any editorial images reproducing publications from AD or other magazines are shown for documentation, critique, or informational purposes only and remain the property of the respective publishers.
  • The models depicted are friends, acquaintances and family members (including the artist’s mother), who have given their consent to the use of their image within the Materiamorfosi project and on this Site.

You may not download, reproduce, re-post or use these images for any purpose (including commercial, editorial or social media use) without express prior written authorisation from the rights holders.

2.3. Trademarks and third-party rights

  • Any names, logos or trademarks of galleries, institutions, magazines, brands, or other third parties mentioned or displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes.
  • No licence or right to such trademarks is granted by visiting the Site.


3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site:

  • in a lawful and respectful manner;
  • without violating any applicable laws or the rights of third parties;
  • without attempting to interfere with or compromise the security or operation of the Site (e.g. through hacking, scraping, automated data collection, or introducing malware).

You are solely responsible for any communications you send through the contact details provided on the Site.

4. No professional or commercial offer

The information on the Site is provided for general informational and artistic purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes:

  • a binding offer to sell artworks, jewellery, or services;
  • professional, financial, legal or curatorial advice.

Any collaboration, commission, sale or exhibition must be the subject of direct communication and, where applicable, specific written agreements.

Within the limits permitted by applicable law:

  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
