Because the Site is a showcase website (non e-commerce), the categories of personal data we may process are limited and include:

2.1. Browsing data

  • Technical information automatically transmitted while using the Site (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser type, device information).
  • These data are processed through standard server logs and technical tools necessary for the operation and security of the Site.

2.2. Data you voluntarily provide

  • When you contact us by email or through any contact details available on the Site, we may process:
    • name and surname (if provided),
    • email address,
    • any other information voluntarily included in your message (for example, about a request for information, a commission, a collaboration or press enquiries).

2.3. Image and credit information

  • The Site presents images of artworks, installations and jewellery design by Margherita Marchioni / Materiamorfosi, as well as photographs of models and views of exhibitions or editorial publications.
  • The models featured are friends, acquaintances and family members who have given their consent to the use of their image in the context of the Materiamorfosi project.
  • Photo credits are indicated on the Site and may include, among others, Silvia Apice and Alessandro Dandini de Sylva.
  • The Site may also display a photograph of an editorial publication from the magazine AD (Architectural Digest), for documentation and portfolio purposes only.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (e.g. health data, political opinions, etc.) through the Site.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes and legal bases, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law:

3.1. Operation and security of the Site
